Tea and coffee after the morning meeting gives the opportunity to greet new people and chat with friends, and of course sharing a meal with someone is a great way to get to know them.  But Small Groups are the best way of finding real fellowship and friendship in the church, and we'd be very pleased to welcome you to one.  Most of our small groups meet on an evening.  There's a new small group programme each term - usually either a study of a book of the Bible, or a particular topic from a biblical perspective.

 

The purpose of small groups is: serving, supporting and spurring each other on as we seek to live for Christ.

So we may all:

Know and praise God  Psalm 34:3
Learn and apply God’s Word  Colossians 4:16
Grow in love and do good Hebrews 10:24
Press on in our faithwalk until the Big day Hebrews 10:25
Live and witness courageously 1 Corinthians 16:13

We do this through:

Friendship Romans 12:10
Encouragement Hebrews 3:13
Hospitality / visiting 1 Peter 4:9
Praying for each other James 5:16
Sharing resources and gifts Acts 2:44; 1 Corinthians 12:7

Meeting together to look into the Bible, pray and praise God Colossians 3:16,17

Meeting together to deepen our relationships Philippians 4;21,22

 

If you're thinking of joining us regularly at TEC on Sundays, or already have, why not get to know people better in the comfort of someone's home? Without your presence we all lose out!

 

We have 11 small groups on the following days:

Monday: 20:00

Tuesday: 10:00, 12:00, 19:30 and 20:00

Wednesday: 06:00, 10:00, 20:00 & 20:00

Thursday: 20:00 and 20:00
