TEC is embarking on a dramatic change to its morning services

For some time now, Sunday Morning Services have been maxed out with people and no room for new visitors. In a move to create more space for new people to come to church on a sunday morning the only alternative was to go to two services.

SO FROM 13th SEPTEMBER 2009 SERVICE TIMES WILL BE 9.30AM AND 11.30AM.

The services will be mirrored and exactly the same and The Crunch (children's work years R - 6) will run alongside the first service and LEVEL UP, our new teen service (strictly yr 7+), starting on the 20th September will run along side the second service.

If you decide to come to the second service, why not get there early at 10.45 for fresh filter coffee and croissants and to meet those who have been at the 1st service.

Sunday Morning Service - 9.30am + 11.30am

Our morning services cater for all people. Whether a full on christian, an atheist, an agnostic, whether you're angry at God or just plain interested, you are more than welcome to our Church. We want it to be a place where you feel at home and comfortable in our surroundings. So why not give it a try ?

worshipWhat to Expect?

Our service will start at 9.30am and 11.30am with what we call a time of worship. That basically means we sing awesome songs to God. There will be a live band and you are free to sit or stand. We will take up an offerring during this time, but if you are visiting we do not expect you to give; we want to give to you and there should not be an expectation that you have to give money to come to church.
There will then be a talk from one of the church leaders, that will be biblically based, but, relevant to today's culture and the world we find ourselves living in - warts and all. The service will last for no more than an hour and 15 minutes. After the 1st service we would love for you to stay for a cup of coffee and a chat. or come at 10.45am to have coffee before the 2nd service.

Your kids will be well looked after on sundays to enable you to enjoy our services. For kids age 6 upwards we have THE CRUNCH in our back hall.

For kids who are younger and babies we have Crunchies and Munchies, which is situated in the bungalow to the left hand side of the church as you look at it. All our carers are CRB checked and we employ a strict child protection policy.
